Prue Warrilow, CEO

Prue Warrilow has been CEO of Families At Work for 25 years. During that time, she has worked with private and public sector companies to assist them in developing work|life well-being strategies. She is regularly sought out by radio, television and print press media for her opinion on work|life well-being and child and family services.

Prue works with all clients to develop a partnership to solve problems and develop practical strategies that will make a real difference to an organisation, the people working there and their customers/clients. All strategies and solutions are about maximising a company’s investment in its people enhancing business relationships and business outcomes whatever they may be. Prue does not provide generic solutions, she works with organisations to create strategies that will work in the organisation now and into the future

Tina Green, Consultant

Tina Green has experience in customer service, case management, research and social services spanning over 30 years. She has a Master of Arts degree in Psychology and has worked in children, adolescent and family services, and is an experienced researcher and writer. She has taught at University, and supervised welfare students on field work placements.

Tina recently became a grandmother, and is actively involved in the co-care of her grandson along with her daughter. As such, she has had first-hand experience of sourcing child care solutions, as well as disability services, as her daughter is parenting and working full-time with a spinal cord injury. She brings a passion for solving complex issues, and dedication to helping children and families to her work with Families At Work.

Sarah Martin, Consultant

Sarah Martin has experience in customer service, case management, research and social services spanning over 25 years. She has a Masters in Applied Anthropology and has worked in child care, disability advocacy and research.

Sarah is also the parent of two adult daughters, the youngest of whom has a disability; and so brings a wealth of experience in sourcing child care and disability services, and navigating complex bureaucratic systems. She also has personal experience of the aged care sector gained while sourcing services for her late father and grandparents.

Her qualifications and experience combined with her passion for high quality customer service mean that our clients are always in capable and understanding hands.  

 

Our History

Families At Work was incorporated in 1991. The CEO, Prue Warrilow, has led the company from its inception. Since then the company has built up relationships and affiliations with many individuals and groups.

The company continues to work with many diverse organisations across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.
